Thanks to "Acharya Bhiksu" the founder of Jain-Terapanth sect , whose blessings had resulted in giving this sect able leaders one after another. Mahasramani Shree Kanak prabhajee is also on of them.
She was borned in 1941 at the city of Calcutta. At the tenure age of 15 years she came Parmarthik Sikshan Sansthan, (an Institute of Jainology for womans) located at Ladnun in Rajasthan. After the completion of studies she became a nun in the Terapanth sect at the age of 19 years. She became Mahasramani, head of nuns and Samanis at the a the age of 30 . She has a very good leadership quality .Acharya Shree Tulsi bestowed her the responsibility of controlling over 500 nuns of Terapanthi sect. She has helped a lot in the critical task of converting the Jain Agams from prakrit language to Hindi. She bears the quality of both an author and editor. More than 50 books written by Acharya Tulsi were edited by her. The "Yatra Granth" ( an travelling epic) written by her is recognised as one of the Great books of Hindi literature. She has written enormous master pieces in Hindi and Sanskrit, some of whose English versions are also available. An encyclopaedia of poems called "sargam" was also released by her. She believes that "With the increase in the numbers of nun the quality of nuns should also increase".
